It’s from a first draft and in a single stroke that Patche creates their music. The album includes deconstructed improvisations that are later reassembled in a colorful and harmonious way.

The band combines the talents of Elliot Durocher Bundock, Étienne Dupré, Lévy Bourbonnais, Mandela Coupal-Dalgleish and JB Pinard - behind the remarkable Mon Doux Saigneur, Alex Burger, Lumière, Duu, zouz and Zombie Life Mon Coeur. They explore the limits of modular synths in an experimental and psychedelic approach in the spirit of krautrock. They use textures true to ambient music and superimpose hypnotic rhythms with atypical loops and tones of experimental rock, art rock, avant-garde, techno and dance.

The intention of these five reputable musicians is to accept with pleasure and satisfaction the union between live performance and the rigidity of synthesizers. Without losing the organic nature of their instruments, the group transports the listener's ear and mind into a cosmic universe, both strange and familiar resulting in a multi-layered instrumental experience that hits where it should.

C'est d'un premier jet et d'un seul trait que Patche crée sa musique. Sur album, ces improvisations sont déconstruites, puis ultérieurement réassemblées dans une courtepointe bigarrée et harmonieuse.

L’ensemble instrumental combine les talents d’Eliott Durocher Bundock, Étienne Dupré, Lévy Bourbonnais, Mandela Coupal-Dalgleish et JB Pinard - notamment derrière les non négligeables Mon Doux Saigneur, Alex Burger, Lumière, Duu, zouz et Zombie Life Mon Coeur. Ils y explorent les limites des synthés modulaires dans une démarche expérimentale et psychédélique inscrite dans l’esprit du krautrock. On y convoque ainsi des textures propres à l’ambient, toutefois superposées de rythmes hypnotiques aux loops atypiques et aux tonalités de rock expérimental, d’art rock, d’avant-garde, de techno et de dance.

Pour ces cinq musiciens notables, l’intention est d'accepter avec plaisir et satisfaction le couplage entre performance vivante et rigidité des synthétiseurs. Sans perdre l’organique de leurs instruments, le groupe transporte l’oreille et l’esprit des auditeur•trices dans un univers cosmique, à la fois étrange et familier. Une expérience instrumentale multicouches qui percute et recouvre là où ça devrait.
